Not Oktoberfest @ Brighton serves up six weekends of bold mountain flavors, chef showdowns and exclusive small-batch brews alongside live music, games and crisp canyon air. From brisket battles to pie contests, every weekend brings something new to the plate. Come hungry, vote for your favorites and soak up the season at the Alpine Rose. No entry fee, just unforgettable food and fall adventure in the mountains.

Foodie Wars
Introducing the 1st annual Foodie Wars—a chef-versus-chef showdown where Brighton’s Executive Chef Jeffrey Sanich and his crew go head-to-head with Utah’s best culinary talent. Each weekend brings a new theme and new contenders, from smoky brisket and crispy chicken sandwiches to Banh Mi, pies and more. You taste, you vote and you help crown the winner. Tasting passes are limited and will be available for purchase in person at the Alpine Rose.
FAMILY GAMES & COMPETITIONS
From mechanical bull rides to axe throwing and giant foosball, the games are free, fun and open to everyone. Younger kids can enjoy the dedicated Kids Zone, with bounce houses and kid-friendly competitions running all weekend long. Join in for a chance to win exclusive prizes, such as, lift tickets, dining experiences and more from our event partners. No sign-ups required. Just come ready to play.
