Easy Change
Bought lift tickets, rentals, or lessons online and something came up? Easy Change lets you move the full value of your purchase to a credit voucher. No penalties, no stress.
How it Works
We’ll convert the full value of your eligible online purchase into a credit voucher. You’ll have 365 days to use it — online or at the resort.
- Submit your Easy Change request by 3PM the day before your scheduled activity.
- We’ll process your request within 48 hours.
- Your credit voucher will be added to your account.
- Use your credit toward any eligible purchase.
- Your voucher is valid for 365 days from the date it’s issued.
Important Details
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser’s account.
- If your new purchase costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
- If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your voucher.
- Unused credit expires after 365 days.
- Easy Change applies only to online purchases made directly through Brighton.
Season Pass Rollover
If you’re a season pass holder facing a medical condition or qualifying hardship, you may be eligible to defer your pass value to next season.
