Season Pass Rollover
Things don’t always go as planned. If a medical condition or qualifying hardship prevents you from using your season pass, we’ll work with you to roll that value into next season.
A rollover converts the remaining value of your current season pass into a credit voucher you can apply toward the purchase of a season pass for the following winter season.
| Circumstances | What Qualifies | Required Documentation |

| Medical | An injury, illness, or condition (including pregnancy) that prevents use of your pass for the remainder of the season. A doctor’s note is required. | Doctor’s note specifying inability to ski or snowboard. |
| Hardship | Job relocation, military deployment, death in the family, or similar qualifying circumstances. Supporting documentation is required. | Job offer letter, lease agreement, obituary, deployment orders, or equivalent. |
Important Dates
There are a few important deadlines that you need to keep in mind when requesting a rollover through our Easy Change program.
November 15
Rollover credit requests for non-medical reasons must be submitted by this date.
March 1
This is your last day to submit a rollover request for a qualified medical or hardship circumstance.
365 Days
Vouchers expire 365 days after they are issued. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.
REDEEM YOUR EASY CHANGE VOUCHER
- Log into your account
- Navigate to My Account → Profile
- Click the “Vouchers” link in the Quick Links
- Find your voucher ID code
- When next season’s passes go on sale, select your pass and enter your voucher ID at checkout
Important Details
Rollover credits are non-transferable and valid for the original passholder only.
Credits can only be used toward the purchase of a season pass for the next winter season.
If a rollover credit is applied to a lower-priced pass, the remaining balance is not refunded.
Ikon Pass and other add-on products are not eligible for rollover. For details on Ikon Pass policies, please contact Ikon directly.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for a response and up to 48 hours for voucher processing once approved.
