Easter Egg Hunt

Easter morning at Brighton means fresh mountain air, fluffy pancakes and a hunt for hidden treasures. Join us on the Alpine Rose deck from 8am to 10:30am for a Pancake Breakfast served with a view. Dig into a Full Stack for $12 (pancakes, bacon and sausage) or keep it light with a Short Stack for $8. Hot and cold drinks will be available, and the regular Alpine Rose breakfast menu will be served inside. At 8:30am, the Easter Egg Hunt begins! Bring the little explorers and search for hidden treasures on Explorer.
