Mountain biking and disc golf will be closed July 17-20 due to a permitted on-hill event. Scenic lift rides and hiking to Lake Mary will remain open. All other trails and routes will be closed for guest safety.

Venue Rental FAQ

The venue rental includes:

  • 5 hours of venue space
  • Service staff
  • Tables and chairs
  • Linens (in some spaces)
  • All necessary meal service equipment
  • Deposit: $300 due at time of reservation
  • Service fee: 22% of total
  • No additional cleaning fees or security deposits
  • All major credit and debit cards accepted

The $300 deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the date.
