Winter Dining

The best slope-side eateries around!  Open Daily from Mid November – Mid April.

Milly Chalet

With a new Smokehouse / B.B.Q. inspired menu, the Chalet is offering food that almost competes with the views!  Grab a rack of ribs and enjoy a beer or iced tea on the deck while taking in the majesty of Mount Millicent in the background.  For summer, we’ve completely re-done the landscaping around the building to add horseshoe pits and an extended lawn that perfect for corn hole or whatever other yard games you might want to play!  During the winter, hang out on the deck and have a beer while watching some of the best skiing in the Wasatch happen just feet away.

 The Alpine Rose Cafeteria

Located at the base of the mountain just beyond Brighton Center lodge. Accessible by non-skiers on foot who want to join you.

Alpine Rose is our main cafeteria with all the foods hungry skiers and riders crave from daily breakfast specials, to hearty lunches, and dinners for night skiers. Nothing fancy, just good chow. Lots of grab-and-go snacks too. In spring, there are cookouts on the sun deck.

Molly Green’s

Located slopeside on the upper floor of the Brighton Manor, the A-frame at the base of the mountain. Accessible by non-skiers on foot who want to join you.

Molly’s is our full service bar and grill, complete with a cozy fireplace, magnificent views of the mountains and full table service. Molly’s hand tossed pizzas, to its most famous nachos, our menu is sure to please everyone. If you want to remember your special day on the hill, pick up a Molly’s pint glass or a long or short sleeved Molly’s shirt.  Ask your server for details!! View The Menu

Blind Miner Coffee

Located on the main floor of the Brighton Center. Blind Miner Coffee serves up a variety of tasty treats to warm the spirit. Enjoy a latte, a chai tea, a waffle or a brat. Blind Miner Coffee has snacks to perk you up.

Your Picnic Lunch

Picnic lunch areas are located at the base of the mountain: on the main level of Brighton Center lodge, and on the main level of the A-frame. Both have soda vending machines. Both are right at the base of the mountain and non-skiers can get there on foot.

Please no picnics or brown bag lunches in the Alpine Rose or Milly Chalet cafeterias.

Silver Fork Lodge

Winter Hours: Sun-Thur 8am to 9pm, Fri-Sat 8am to 9:30pm

It serves big portions so go extra hungry. Snow plow drivers and canyon sheriffs often stop there for a bite along their routes, so don’t be surprised if you see them. Back in the pioneer days, the building was originally a general store. Check out the photos on the walls of the good old days.

Silver Fork Lodge has become famous for hospitality and authentic homemade meals.

From the 50-year-old sourdough pancake starter, to succulent “canyon pepper steak,” this bed & breakfast offers a full-scale restaurant with the fuel to keep you going no matter where your taste lies. Located just 5 miles below Brighton.
