The canyon road conditions are fairly unpredictible, especially on stormy days.  As the slogan goes:  Know before you go!  We strongly suggest checking the road conditions before you head up.  A good source for Big Cottonwood Canyon ("our" canyon) is: http://www.canyonalerts.org.
