Summer Dining
Summer dining is pretty low key. Don’t expect valet parking or a maitre de. Do expect hearty meals perhaps on the sundeck while you watch for deer and moose. Remember – we’re in a national forest.
Brighton Store and Café
Drop by the Brighton Store and Café in the Brighton loop for breakfast and lunch. The Café is open daily from 9 am – 4 pm., and it serves lunch until 3 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 7 pm Friday and Saturday.
Milly Chalet
Summer Hours: Thursday – Saturday 12:00PM to 9:00PM Sunday 11:00AM to 7:00PM
Enjoy the deck of the new Milly Chalet for lunch or dinner. It’s so new we don’t know what the summer menu will be, so come up and check it out for yourself!

Silver Fork Lodge
Summer Hours: Sun-Thur 8AM to 9:30PM, Fri-Sat 8AM to 10PM
It’s located 5 miles down the canyon from Brighton, so you’ll need a car to get there. Its homecooked meals include sourdough pancakes from their 50-year-old starter and canyon pepper steak. It’s a full-service restaurant with the fuel to keep you going.
