One of Boyne’s newest additions is The Summit at Snoqualmie, Washington including Alpental featuring some of the best access in the nation via I-90 and less than an hour from downtown Seattle.

Big Sky, Montana was purchased in 1967 by Everett Kircher, from the late Chet Huntley who first opened the area for skiing in 1973. The resort is located in Montana’s southwest corner just 18 miles north of Yellowstone National Park offering year-round entertainment for families and adventurers alike. A tram takes skiers to 11,150 feet giving Big Sky one of the largest total vertical drops in the nation. With neighboring Moonlight Basin, visitors can enjoy “America’s Biggest Skiing” on 5,512 acres of terrain.

Sunday River, Maine also a new addition, is known for having the most dependable snow in New England. The resort features two slope-side Grand Hotels and golf at the acclaimed Sunday River Golf Club.

Sugarloaf Resort, Maine is the third largest ski resort in the Northeast in terms of vertical drop (2,820 ft. vertical drop).

Crystal Mountain, Washington Washington’s largest playground!

Boyne Mountain, Michigan was founded by Everett Kircher in 1947. This Bavarian-style resort is recognized as the Midwest’s premier four-season resort.

Boyne Highlands, Michigan resembles an English country estate located in the northwest lower peninsula of Michigan.

Cypress Mountain, British Columbia is located in West Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Cypress Mountain is the Official Freestyle Skiing and Snowboard Venue for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.

The Inn at Bay Harbor, Michigan is the crown jewel of Midwest resorts. This Victorian-style inn offers breathtaking views, world-class service, luxurious accommodations, full service spa and exquisite cuisine.

Loon Mountain, New Hampshire at 3,065 feet, is a popular recreation area for many in New England during the winter months. In the fall it has hosted the New Hampshire Highland Games and is at its height for tourism during the summer season.

Valle Nevado – Southern Sister Connection

Valle Nevado Ski Resort and Boyne USA Unite

In appreciation of their loyal customers, Boyne USA Resorts has teamed up with the Valle Nevado Ski Resort in South America to form the Southern Sister Connection (SSC). As of 2008, all Boyne USA season pass holders will be entitled to a free seven day lift ticket to the Chilean ski resort, Valle Nevado.

The ski season at Valle Nevado runs June through October, when southern hemisphere storms blanket the Andes Mountains just east of Santiago.
Valle Nevado is 1 ½ hours from the Santiago International airport (SCL).
