Media Policy
Brighton welcomes visits by members of the working press.
To ensure your visit is as productive as possible, please follow these guidelines:
Notify Brighton at least 48 hours prior to arrival by calling: 801-532?4731 ext. 268 to make arrangements.
Please tell us:
- The purpose of your visit
- Your media affiliation
- Estimated date and time of your arrival
Upon arrival:
- Submit a letter of assignment on company letterhead from your editor, publisher, news director or producer for yourself and any applicable personnel
- A business card
- Copy of the publication
If you are a freelance journalist:
- Submit a letter of assignment or proof of membership in either the North American Snowsports Journalists Association or the Society of American Travel Writers
- A business card
- Past tear-sheets
After your visit, we ask that you please send copies of the resulting article or broadcast tapes for our files.
During holiday periods, peak periods and special events, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of services.
